Who we are
A local agency that grew up, without leaving home.
Jordan MW Tours began as a small Amman travel office with a handful of guides and one belief: that visitors to Jordan deserve more than a bus, a ticket and a photo stop. Two decades later we are part of Trip500, a group operating across Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Asia — and Jordan remains the country our founding team was born in.
That matters in practice. We are not reselling someone else’s itinerary. We choose the hotels ourselves, we employ our guides directly, and we know which road to Petra is worth the extra hour. When something goes wrong at 10pm on a Friday, the person who answers is in the same time zone as you.

Jamal has spent more than twenty years in Middle Eastern tourism, and built Trip500 from a boutique Amman agency into a group of five regional brands. He still travels constantly, still inspects hotels himself, and still reads the reviews.
His model is deliberate: fill small group departures so that luxury accommodation, private transport and expert guiding become affordable to ordinary travelers, without thinning the experience. It is why our accommodation scores sit at 4.5 while our prices stay in reach.

To make Jordan reachable — properly, comfortably and honestly — for travelers who would otherwise only see it through a bus window. We fill small group departures so that good hotels, private transport and real guides cost what an ordinary holiday costs, and we run every trip with Jordanian people who are proud of the country they are showing you.
