Founded in Amman and part of the Trip500 family, we design small group, private and luxury tours through Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley — run by the guides, drivers and hosts who live here.

Who we are
Jordan MW Tours began as a small Amman travel office with a handful of guides and one belief: that visitors to Jordan deserve more than a bus, a ticket and a photo stop. Two decades later we are part of Trip500, a group operating across Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Asia — and Jordan remains the country our founding team was born in.
That matters in practice. We are not reselling someone else’s itinerary. We choose the hotels ourselves, we employ our guides directly, and we know which road to Petra is worth the extra hour. When something goes wrong at 10pm on a Friday, the person who answers is in the same time zone as you.
More than 50,000 travelers from the United States, Europe, the Gulf and beyond have traveled with our group. Their reviews on Tripadvisor and TourRadar are public and remain the fairest description of us that exists.

Travelers’ Choice is not bought or applied for. Tripadvisor awards it to the top 10% of listings worldwide based on the volume, quality and consistency of genuine traveler reviews over a full year. Receiving it in 2026 means our guests, not our marketing, put us there.

Founder, Trip500 & Jordan MW Tours
“I don’t just want people to visit places. I want them to feel changed by them.”
Jamal has spent more than twenty years in Middle Eastern tourism, and built Trip500 from a boutique Amman agency into a group of five regional brands. He still travels constantly, still inspects hotels himself, and still reads the reviews.
His model is deliberate: fill small group departures so that luxury accommodation, private transport and expert guiding become affordable to ordinary travelers, without thinning the experience. It is why our accommodation scores sit at 4.5 while our prices stay in reach.
Our office is in Amman, not a call centre abroad. Every guide, driver and hotel partner is someone we know personally and work with year-round.
One named coordinator from your first enquiry to your flight home. Our average response time is under 6 hours, with a 100% response rate on TourRadar.
By filling small group departures we secure 4 and 5 star hotels, private transport and expert guiding at prices independent travelers rarely reach alone.
Petra with a Bedouin guide, Wadi Rum with the families who live there, Amman with the people who cook its food. Places explained, not just visited.
To make Jordan reachable — properly, comfortably and honestly — for travelers who would otherwise only see it through a bus window. We fill small group departures so that good hotels, private transport and real guides cost what an ordinary holiday costs, and we run every trip with Jordanian people who are proud of the country they are showing you.
To be the operator travelers name first when they think of Jordan and the wider region — measured not by how loudly we advertise, but by review scores we did not write, guides who stay with us for years, and guests who come back for a second country in the Trip500 family.
We quote what a trip really costs, tell you when a hotel is dated, and say no when an itinerary is too rushed to enjoy. No hidden extras added at the airport.
Our guides, drivers, camp hosts and office team are Jordanian and paid year-round — not seasonal freelancers hired for peak weeks.
Karam — Arab hospitality — is not a marketing word for us. Guests are received the way we receive people into our own homes.
Licensed vehicles, professional chauffeurs, vetted guides and 24/7 reachable staff on every single departure, whether it's two people or twenty.
Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dana reserve are not renewable. We keep groups small, use local camps, and follow reserve rules even when nobody is watching.
We read every review, good and bad, and change the itinerary when travelers tell us something didn't work. That is why our scores keep rising.
Jordan MW Tours operates as part of Trip500, a registered Amman-based tour operator working under Jordanian tourism regulation — not an overseas reseller.
Average response time under 6 hours and a 100% response rate on TourRadar, in your timezone as well as ours.
Inclusions, exclusions, payment stages and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
A named coordinator in Amman stays contactable for the whole trip — flight delays, changed plans, late arrivals included.

The Siq at first light, the Monastery climb, and a Bedouin guide whose family has known these rocks for generations.

Nights in family-run desert camps, not corporate resorts — with the people who actually live in the valley.

The lowest point on earth, timed so you float at the hour the light is worth photographing.

One of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities anywhere, explained by guides who read the inscriptions.

Our home city — the Citadel, downtown, and the kitchens and coffee houses visitors usually walk past.

Bethany Beyond the Jordan, Mount Nebo and Madaba, handled with the care pilgrimage travel deserves.
At Jordan MW Tours, every journey begins with comfortable, reliable transportation. That’s why we operate our own fleet of modern, fully licensed vehicles, including luxury sedans, spacious SUVs, executive vans, and premium minibuses to suit every travel style and group size.
All of our vehicles are carefully maintained, fully air-conditioned, and driven by experienced professional chauffeurs. By operating our own private fleet, we ensure consistent quality, dependable service, and the comfort our guests expect throughout their journey across Jordan.

Mercedes-Benz V-Class comfort for families and small groups, with room for luggage on multi-day routes.

The lowest point on earth, timed so you float at the hour the light is worth photographing.

Range Rover Sport for desert roads, scenic highways and travelers who want extra space.

Hyundai Staria for larger groups heading to Wadi Rum, Petra and the Dead Sea.

Hyundai Sonata for port and border pickups, cruise arrivals and city transfers.
“Our 5days family trip to Jordan was a great one and special shoutout to Trip500 for planning it all. Our guide (Abdul) & driver (Mohammad) were generous in sharing with us the history of Jordan (Jerash, Petra, Mount Nebo). I highly recommend engaging them for your trip to Jordan. And it is definitely safer than we thought with all that is happening.”
Jordan should be in everyone’s bucket list!
“Trip500 arranged everything very efficiently. We were two women who were initially unsure about visiting Jordan given the current situation in Palestine but from immigration until the time we left, everything was well taken care of. Our guide, Khaled, was very accommodating and ensured we could make changes to our itinerary whenever needed. I would highly recommend Trip500 to anyone.”

Both. Small group departures let us secure 4 and 5 star hotels and private transport at a shared price. Private journeys are built around your dates, pace and interests.
Yes. Through the Trip500 family we handle Egypt, Morocco and Saudi Arabia with locally staffed offices, so a multi-country journey stays with one team rather than being handed to a stranger.
Tell us your dates and what you’d like to see. We’ll answer with a real itinerary and a real price — usually the same day.
